Although play time would be limited with other dogs, she certainly loved to play with people! I had to show that in her images. I first tried to soften her look by putting on a colorful bandana. It is also helpful in pet photography to get shots that show a happy panting tongue instead of a solid stare.
Over the next week there wasn’t much interest in her. But finally the playful image and the generous rescue pledges were enough to get her noticed. Pound Puppies N Kittens Rescue sent their behaviorist to the shelter who spent some time with her. They took her for an overnight stay and on November 18, 2020 she was rescued from the animal shelter! A special thanks to Anne, Nancy, Jason, Becky, Lorraine, Dana, Kay and Sue who together donated to Pound Puppies N Kittens $1,000 for her rescue!
